Christopher has been doing photography for almost 8 years. His work can be seen galleries around Sarasota county as well as in Washington DC. He is currently enrolled at SCF, trying to pair a marketing degree with his photography career and background.

Taylor Meredith’s currently in her third year at SCF with plans to graduate in May of 2011. After graduation, Taylor intends to transfer either to New College of Florida or Florida State University where she’ll major in English and Creative Writing. Outside of school, Taylor enjoys storytelling through both her written and visual work. In her rare downtime she’s a fan of vegging out with sinfully delicious snacks and good horror movies.

An instructor in the Communications Lab, Debbie Kiewiet was the owner/editor of a weekly newspaper in Madison County, Iowa, for 15 years and showed her art at the Des Moines Art Center and in local shows. Since moving to Florida in 2004, she has written for several magazines and newspapers including Charlotte Woman, Venice Gulf Coast Living, the Venice Gondolier, and Gasparilla Gazette. She has shown her watercolors and acrylics at shows in Englewood, Boca Grande, and Palm Island, but says walls are her favorite canvas. She is a graduate of Central College in Pella, Iowa, with a B.A. in English.

Christine Penxa is in her first semester on the Elektraphrog Staff. She is currently working on her Associates of Arts Degree at SCF, and plans to go on to FSU to major in International Relation. Some of her hobbies include listening to music, writing, reading, photography, singing, and playing instruments. She enjoys traveling and learning about world culture. More recently she has volunteered at the Sarasota Film Festival, and won second place in a Photography competition at SCF. When she is not hanging out with friends she can be spotted most often at Barnes and Noble, or Starbucks.
